What are your operating hours?

Our office is usually open from 08H00 AM to 08h00 PM, including weekends and holidays. If booked in advance, we can also deliver and collect cars outside of those hours, at the airport, but a night tax of €20.00 would apply each time. At the hotels the deliveries are done between 09h00 am and 06H00 pm.

When filling out the contract, we will need to verify the driving license and an identification document (passport or ID card) of each driver, and these documents
must be valid.

Per our insurance company’s policies, the minimum age required to rent a car is 21 years old, and the maximum age is 80 years old. The driver must also have at least 3 years of driving license.

Our vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as received.

Our car rentals come with Theft Protection (of the car itself, not of items inside the car), Collision Damage Waiver (SUPERCDW), and VAT (22%).

This insurance does not cover damage occurring in private parks (hotels, shopping centers), nor situations of negligence (interior and lower part of the car – bottom of the engine -, loss of keys, documentation, change of fuel, burned clutch due to driver ineptitude, driving under the influence of alcohol or other harmful substances, driving on unpaved roads, tires, wheels and rear view mirrors).

For tires and mirrors, we recommend additional insurance of €5.00 per day, applicable only to reservations of 4 days or more. Any additional services such as extra drivers, pickup/drop off at the airport and other locations or overnight, or even child seats should be added to the price according to your needs. When you request a quote or make a reservation, your details will be taken into account and the cost will be calculated accordingly.

In cases of travel to any point on the island to resolve problems with the battery (lights on, forgotten keys inside the vehicle…), the cost of travel will be calculated in relation to the distance that must be covered by our employee – between 30.00 and 90.00 euros. You can add, when receiving the car, extra insurance to safeguard these situations – Euros 5.00 per day.

The payment is only done at the time of pick-up. In the cases that we require a prepayment of 20%, you only will pay at pick up the remaining 80% plus the extras.

We accept payments in cash (Euro), and by major credit and debit cards (except American Express). In cases where a deposit may be requested (7 or 9 seater vans, or driver under 21 years, the deposit must be paid in cash or by credit card.

Yes, you can modify your reservation after it has been confirmed, subject to availability and price changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.

 In case of an accident or breakdown, please contact our 24/7 customer support immediately. The phone number is always in the signed contract. We will provide you with assistance and guidance on the necessary steps to take.

Any situations that are not communicated to us after they occur will not be covered by insurance and will be the responsibility of the driver.

You can cancel at any time, free of charge. We hope however that you warn us with anticipation, so that other clients may also have the chance to book it.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, returning the car late may result in additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate a delay so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
